公開研究会「大学の機能別分化と組織変容：フランスの事例」（ヤミナ・ベタアール（仏ロレーヌ大学人文科学研究機構准教授））

■イベント概要
大学の機能別分化についてフランスの状況、特にロレーヌ大学を取り上げて報告する。
This seminar aims to present and analyse the structural changes experienced by universities and French grandes écoles since the late 1990s, highlighting their functional differentiations. Through the study of some processes that characterise these higher education institutions such as territorial anchorage, Europeanisation/internationalisation, diversification of the educational offerings and international recruitment, it begins with a brief overview of social-historical aspects of the government measures to "adapt the University (and its components) to the outside world" and highlights the logic that led to these changes. Building upon examples, including the University of Lorraine, the seminar focuses on how government injunctions, born of the will (or pressure) of convergence of European public policy and a greater integration of European countries, led the Member States to translate this commitment internally by the establishment institutional and educational devices, turned increasingly towards internationalisation and international competition between institutions as well as towards attempts of functional differentiation among them.
